PROJECT MANAGEMENT

The team consists of project managers, clinical logistics coordinators and assistants.

Their task is to manage your project at a local level and provide customers/sponsors with all the necessary communication on representation, global suppliers, investigational sites and relevant regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities of the project team include:

  • Preparation and approval of the budget and contract with the customer
  • Creation and maintenance of the project file
  • Management and coordination of import/export operations
  • Obtaining general and single import licenses
  • Communication with sponsors, monitors and investigational sites
  • Coordination of shipments and returns to and from investigational sites
  • Processing of IVRS requests
  • Obtaining local searches of medications, medical devices and equipment
  • Functional management of warehouse operations
  • Assistance in resolving regulatory issues
  • Coordination of suppliers
  • Forwarding reports to the customer on a regular basis
