RETURNS MANAGEMENT & DESTRUCTION

MEDICORE’s returns management and destruction services provides customers with a safe, responsible and legal way of returning or destroying medications and materials during or after the study period.

Our returns management and destruction services include all the necessary operations that may be required:

• Processing requests for return
• Liaising with investigational sites regarding suitable withdrawal return date
• Liaising with courier services when required
• Withdrawing IMP, medical equipment and clinical research materials from clinics
• Checking and counting received returns
• Storing products in a designated/quarantine area of our warehouse
• Destruction or export of products on permission
• Providing destruction certificates

All returns received in our warehouse are checked for content in accordance with the accompanying documents. On completion, we send the customer a detailed report as soon as possible.
